The Planning Board is to ratify the conditions to the permit(s) that were discussed during their meeting of April 24th.

Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear an application to grant two Special Permits for the Marina Bay Development Proposal.  One is a Flood Plane Special Permit and the other is a Mixed Use Special Permit.

Conservation Commission

In observance of the the Wetlands Protection Act and Coastal Environmental Regulations the Conservation Commission will entertain the issuance of Orders of Condition for construction of Boardwalk Residences at Marina Bay.

C-Mart Deliberations by City Council

The Quincy City Council sitting in its capacity as a Special Permit Granting Authority will continue with deliberations to determine whether a permit should be granted for a supermarket on Hayward Street in North Quincy.  The will of the body decides whether a vote on the permit takes place that evening.
